Mycore and Toscana Contract join forces for a new project: the furnishing of the creative department offices of a famous Italian luxury fashion house.
Work began in August 2018 and was completed this year, at the end of January; six months to transform a 1,400 m² building in the province of Arezzo into an elegant space dedicated to the creation of trendy clothes and accessories.
Teamwork for a big project
Toscana Contract is an important Florentine company that deals with general contracting in the interior designing and decoration sector. It takes care of all operational phases, from design to executive management, constantly engaging its interlocutors to create functional environments with great aesthetic appeal.
And that is how Toscana Contract worked side by side with its customer’s creative department to also define how to allocate office space and to select the furniture style most suited to the project.
The idea was to give shape to an environment with clean essential lines that could convey a total white mood.
Adding Mycore roller blinds to such modern space enveloped by a seemingly ethereal atmosphere was a must required to further enhance a high level project.
Mycore roller blinds: a solution for every need
As it often happens, some technical problems may materialize between conception and implementation of large projects.
In this case, the obstacle was the search for a solution required to dress up the clerestory windows of a rectangular building. Mycore’s Quaver Top blinds provided the fix.
An ad hoc solution was implemented to prevent the roller blinds from overlapping: to insert nearly 60 roller blinds, Mycore opted for a special installation, by which the blinds overlap by about 10 cm, without creating a discontinuity effect.
In short, a project cared for in every detail, to create an office complex with a bold charm that stands today right in front of the shoe factory of the same fashion house.
